The life of a squire is a difficult one! Hoping for a chance at knighthood, you spend your time assisting your knight to whom you have sworn fealty. One of your daily tasks includes weapons training, and from the look of these bracers, it seems you have taken many a sword blow! These bracers measure approximately 6.5” at the wrist, 9.75” at the upper forearm and are 8.5” in overall length. The Squires Bracers are uniquely marked with shield dents, knife cuts and sword nicks for a ‘battered and beaten’ look. This process is done by hand for each pair, so expect some minor variations, as your new pair will be unique! Choose from either Black or Brown leather. All of our bracers feature quality leather, exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Look closely at our bracers and you will find edges that are both dyed and beveled. These seemingly small details are often overlooked by our competitors, yet you will find that they have a significant impact on both the look and feel of the bracers. The edges will be rounded where they contact your wrists and forearms, and the edges will have a finished appearance. Most importantly, we seal all of our leather to both enhance the leathers water-resistant qualities and to prevent dye bleeding onto garments/skin.
