Q: I need these items for an event next weekend. Can I get them in time?

A: We are able to ship most items within 3 business days of the order being placed. In fact, the majority of the time, orders ship the next day. However, if you have an important deadline, please check with us before placing your order to make sure we're able to meet your need.

Q: Can I get this pouch/bracer/belt in a different color?

A: We're always happy to do custom work, and we have a wide range of colors available that aren't always listed on our regular product pages. We have more colors available for belts, bracers, and skirt / mug frogs etc... than for pouches due to the different construction process. Use the contact us page to request a custom item.

Q: How long of a ring belt do I need?

A: The following calculator estimates the length needed for the belt to sit at about knee height

Q: How do you calculate the length of your ring belts based on my measurements?

A: Waist size (inches) + (Height(inches) / 2.7) = overall length. Round up to the next inch as needed

Q: I'm a big fella / gal. Are you sure you have a ring belt long enough for me?

A: Don't worry, we got ya covered :)

Q: When is your next show or event?

A: We'll always post the location of our next event on our main page for a month beforehand.

Q: I've got this great idea for some armor based on this movie I saw. Can you make this for me?!

A: Most likely, yes. We ask for a $25.00 consultation fee up front, and then we can work out all the details from that point. Keep in mind that due to the nature of one of a kind work, this will be MUCH more expensive than our regular items.
